Hohe Tauern National Park
The largest nature reserve anywhere in the Alps, the Hohe Tauern Nationak Park is a place of spectacular beauty and rich biodiversity. Blooming meadows, crystal-clear lakes and craggy mountains shape this landscape formed over many millions of years. The Hohe Tauern National Park is just a few minutes by car from the TAUERN SPA and is officially listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The park has a number of family-friendly walking trails and also offers guided tours with experienced local National Park Rangers.
