Gym
The TAUERN SPA has a large gym with state-of-the-art fitness machines for cardio and strength training. Large windows on all sides offer spectacular views of the mountains as you train.
Opening hours: daily from 7:00 until 21:00
Exclusive for hotel guests: On your day of arrival you can use the gym from 9:00. On all other days the gym opens at 7:00.
Recovery
Recovery is an essential part of fitness training and key when it comes to making gains and getting fitter.
Sauna and swimming are two of the best ways to recover after a workout, bike ride or run. Here at the TAUERN SPA we have a wide range of pools as well as a selection of saunas and steam rooms. Don't forget to check out our Skyline Pool overlooking the Kitzsteinhorn mountain and the exclusive rooftop Hotel Panorama SPA.
