Cancellation up to 1 month before the event date is free of charge. In the event of cancellation between 1 month and 2 weeks prior to the event, 40% of the room hire fee will be charged. In the event of cancellation within 2 weeks prior to the event, 90% of the room hire fee will be charged if we are unable to rent the room out to another client.
The percentages given refer to the total price. We would like to point out that in the event of early departure or late arrival, no refunds are possible on package deals.
Payment conditions
- 15% deposit when contract signed
- 50% of total price 1 month before event
- 25% of total price 2 weeks before event
- Remaining sum / additional charges – upon receipt of invoice, no more than 14 days after the end of the event
